You may buy commercial rights for any design/adopt at a later time.
You may use the design for anything and get any type of art for them.
Edits and adjustments are allowed.
Trading, reselling and gifting is allowed
You may co-own the design.
Upselling is not allowed (Unless you have additional commissioned art).
I will upload the design on Toyhouse and transfer it to you (If you have an account)
Edits or adjustments may be requested at any stage. No fees attached.
A High-res version and a Low-res version of the art will be provided.
Animated Commissions with backgrounds will have an additional MP4 Version provided too.
You may upload the commissioned piece anywhere you like, as long as it's the low res/watermarked version.
You may not use the commissioned piece for NFTs/AI.
In case you're not comfortable with your commissioned piece being uploaded anywhere or used as an example, consider picking "Private Commission" Option when ordering.
Private Commission: I won't use the piece an as example nor upload it anywhere (Including Trello). Being visible to only you essentially.
You may buy commercial rights for any previous personal use commission later.
